Payment
For quickest delivery we
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, plus
PayPal, Checks and money orders. Shipment
for orders paid by check will be delayed until check clears, typically
within 7-10 days.
Shipping Information
Shipping
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on time and cost, for those items
which meet their size and weight limitations. Call us for priority and
express shipping prices.
Free
shipping applies to the lower 48 US States only. Call for
international shipping charges.
Delivery Times
Order processing and shipping transit times are estimated at 5-10 working
days. If you have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this
prior to order placement. Sometimes, through circumstances beyond our
control, we do not make any guarantees of a projected delivery schedule.
We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot guarantee an exact
delivery day.
Order Tracking
If delivery contact is not made approximately (10) ten working days from
shipping notification, you may want to check on the transit location of
your order. Please e-mail or call us with your invoice number and we will
respond promptly with the most up-to-date information.
Delivery Notification
Please make sure someone is at the delivery destination to receive the
order.
If your home is not accessible by delivery truck (example: summer home in
Michigan snowed in during winter months), we may have to transport your
merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your
responsibility to provide pick-up and transportation to your home.
In some cases, remote delivery charges may apply. We will notify you prior
to shipping if this should apply or call us if you are concerned.
When Your Merchandise
Arrives
Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the bill
of lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with
what the BOL indicates left the factory. You may have to open the cartons,
in the case of motor freight, to look for transit damage. Please do not
sign the bill of lading until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has
been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, it is
your responsibility to notify us immediately. You must sign the bill of
lading with a note describing the damage you see. Although damage claims
are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against
freight damage.
Freight Damage
Your products are insured against freight damage. Should freight damage be
determined, we will either arrange to have the merchandise repaired to
factory new conditions or replaced at no cost to you and as expeditiously
as possible.

Shipment Inspection

All shipments have been
checked twice and packaged with care to insure safe arrival to our
customers. However, sometimes packages can become damaged in shipment.
Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any shipping damage
or shortages to us within 2 (two) days of receipt.

Save the original shipping
carton in case an inspection is necessary by the carrier.
Return Authorization
Number

We must be notified by email
within 30 days of receipt of goods for return or exchange eligibility.

us for a Return Authorization Number.

All returned merchandise
must be received in undamaged condition.

Merchandise received at
our facility without an RA# clearly marked on the box will not be
accepted. Therefore, credit cannot be issued.

Merchandise with an RA#
must be received by us within 15 days of issuance of RA#.

Any returned or refused
delivery of products are subject to any necessary rebuilding of
returned item to "as new" condition and may result in a
restocking and rebuilding charge of up to 25% of total price.
Return Shipping

Shipping expenses are not
reimbursable on any returned or refused delivery.

When returning your
purchase, please ship it UPS only. Do not use the U.S. Post Office.

You must insure the unit
for your FULL purchase price plus shipping.

If the unit is damaged in
return transit, we will notify you and you must file a claim with UPS.

We cannot issue a credit
or refund on returned goods received damaged by a carrier. You must
settle the claim with the carrier.
Sign Return Policy
If you return your
merchandise, you must print and sign a copy of this policy and return it
with your merchandise. (If your printer is unavailable, sign a note
stating you have read and agree with the return policy.)
